We understand quality not only in relation to our products but also as a service for our customers.
Product quality is a matter of course and top priority. What distinguishes us is the comprehensive understanding of service, which has made Nolta GmbH a reliable partner in the field of motor protection and water technology for 50 years. We see our role not only as a producer and supplier of high-quality products but also as a service provider for our customers.
This includes both uncomplicated communication channels and competent advice as well as a target-oriented training program at our Nolta Academy.
We offer our customers not only high-quality products but also over 50 years of experience in motor protection and water technology.
The environmental principles of Nolta GmbH
We regard the natural wealth of our environment as the basis for our economic activities. Our products should be produced in a more energy-saving and environmentally friendly manner. The environmentally friendly disposal of our old equipment is also important to us.
Our actions should contribute to preserving our natural resources and protecting our environment from harmful influences. One of the principles for the management of our company in terms of sustainable development is the equal importance of environmental protection in the definition of corporate goals, as far as this is economically justifiable. Environmental aspects are therefore integrated into the decision-making and action structure of our entire management system. Environmental protection is an essential management task. The superiors have both a decisive role model function and line responsibility. Environmental protection requires all employees to act responsibly.
Conflict materials Philosophy
Nolta deplores the violence in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and neighboring countries and supports efforts to buy conflict materials from this region responsibly. Accordingly, Nolta has incorporated principles on conflict materials into its corporate philosophy.
Nolta expects its suppliers to establish similar principles and meet the expectations below. Suppliers are expected to supply only DRC conflict-free products to Nolta. DRC free means that the mining and trading of all conflict materials (gold, columbite, tungsten, tin - hereinafter 3TG's) that are necessary for the production or functionality of the products do not contribute to the direct or indirect financing of armed groups in the DRC or its neighbouring countries or that all 3TG's in delivered products are from recycled sources.
Suppliers are expected to implement policies and management systems on conflict materials and to pass the same on to their suppliers.
Customer satisfaction is one of our highest corporate principles. We achieve this through the high quality of our products and services. The customer sets the standard for quality. Thus the customer's judgement of our quality is decisive. Every single employee contributes to the quality of our products and services through his personal performance. It is also ensured that activities relevant to quality and product safety are planned, controlled and monitored throughout. In this way, we meet the defined requirements as they are submitted to us in the form of customer specifications, rules and regulations or other regulations.
Through a continuous quality improvement process, the quality of our products and services is to be permanently increased through the commitment of all employees at all levels.
The quality policy of Nolta GmbH is regularly discussed with all department heads and it is checked whether it is still appropriate. The department managers ensure that the quality policy is understood and observed by all employees.
The securing of the market position is guaranteed by a constant or constantly improved product quality and positive delivery times, as well as by our customer surveys and the processing of the results obtained from them. In order to counteract price increases of our products, the question of location, possible outsourcing partners and external production must also be considered.
The requirements for the quality of our products, environmental protection and the safety of our employees are directly related.
By means of an integrated management system for quality assurance, environmental protection and occupational safety, we create the prerequisites for meeting the requirements.
Our primary objective is to achieve the optimum quality of our products and to treat the environment responsibly. We regularly review the activities of our company to ensure that they comply with our quality and environmental policy, the principle of compliance with all relevant legal requirements and regulations, and the principle of continuous improvement in operational environmental protection. We want to avoid environmental pollution or eliminate it in a controlled manner. We want to ensure the technical and organizational implementation and the success of our environmental policy by means of an environmental management system which also allows us to recognize deviations from targets and systems. These are corrected as soon as possible and measures are taken and updated to prevent their recurrence as far as possible. Our aim is to strengthen the confidence of our customers and to expand our market position.
